Hayden Mattus is a creative brand strategist with a unique background at the intersection of design, psychology, and business operations. During her undergrad at NYU, she studied psychology, poetry, and music — disciplines that continue to inform her thoughtful, people-centered approach to branding. With a sharp eye for aesthetics and a mind wired for systems, Hayden helps business owners craft clean, professional digital identities that are as functional as they are visually compelling.

Before launching Rice Works, Hayden spent over two years in People Operations at rag & bone, where she established herself as the go-to creative and strategic lead. She was tasked with mastering the company’s onboarding and recruitment systems, and took charge of training dozens of employees through guides she designed. She also facilitated team-building seminars and led the design of HR marketing materials, event branding, infographics, internal presentations, and company-wide communications — seamlessly blending strategic messaging with compelling visual design.
Her background in creative direction and digital strategy is complemented by her experience in hospitality. As the former Front of House Director for an NYC supper club, Hayden curated event spaces, designed dinner setups, and oversaw guest experience. Currently, she serves on the leadership team at Visible Women, an agency that connects brands and creators through live, experiential talking circles, where she develops systems, SOPs, contracts, and the operational infrastructure needed to support both daily operations and long-term growth.
